Home Depot

We love the Home Depot! On the first Saturday of every month they do a children's workshop. We have so much fun! The kids get these apron's with their names on them, they get to make a project to take home, they get a pin and a certificate upon completion AND the certificate has a coupon for a free kids meal! All of this is FREE to the parents. No cost, just fun! This is Kinley decorating the wheel barrow planter!

This is Ty sanding the tool box!

Both are perfectly content! Ty loves to hammer and Kinley loves the glue!

My sweet babies with their finished projects! Don't they look adorable?
I just LOVE their smiles!!

Silly Ty-Ty!

This is my cute little boy.
These are his cute jammies.
Notice the toy in his jams.

These are all of the OTHER toys.....
that he put inside his jammies.

I don't know how they all fit in there.
Silly Ty-Ty!

Eye Patches!

These are the new eye patches that a friend and I made for McKinley!
They turned out way cute.
The Snow White one was made by a different friend.
Thanks Ladies!!

Band-Aids

My two cute kids decided they needed band-aids. As most of you know with little kids this is a regular occurrence. Today they had matching ouchies. Too cute!

Ty ended up wearing his band-aids much longer than Kinley. He tends to forget about his. Unfortunately it was not fun taking the one out of his hair.

Angel Boy

This is my sleeping angel boy!
He was sick this day and fell asleep on the couch. I had to take a picture because he looked so sweet! He looked just like a little angel. I wanted to scoop him up in my arms and hug him as tight as possible. He really is my sweet boy.

Then later that day he does this. Notice the gold fish ALL over the floor and the couch. What a terd. However, he is still my sweet little man. I love this boy!

Sweet Deal!

I went on an impromptu trip to Walmart last night with Jeremy. This was my sweet find! I got this adorable 3-in-1 coat for McKinley. It even came with matching beanie and gloves. How much did I pay for it????? Drum roll please.....$9!!!! That's right only 9 dollars for all of this. I was SO EXCITED!! I have had my eye on these coats since they were $35.

Last week I went to the Children's Place for the 3-in-1 coats they had for $10 but I was too late. I have to admit I was REALLY upset. Kinley needed a coat super bad and, for those of you who know me, I don't pay full price for anything. So my wounds were healed when I stumbled on this. Thanks honey and kids for dragging me to Walmart last night!

Painting

Last week we had to take Travis to the craft store to buy materials for a science project. When we were there I found these cute little figurines to paint for $1! Kinley loves to paint and color and pretty much do any kind of project so I got one for her and one for Ty. They were so excited when they got to paint them last friday!! It was a happy day. And surprisingly I did not help them at all. I am kind of anal about things and want them to look perfect. I just sat back and let them do their thing.

The picture of the plate is Kinley's creative mind at work! She painted people with the paint containers as their heads! She told me they were Travis, his girlfriend and Ty!!!

New Talent

Some friends and I have been having craft nights. Really this is just a time for us to hang out and B.S. but I have been learning a little bit. A few weeks back one friend taught us how to make hair bows! I have just stuck to making the easy ones for now....I will have to try the harder ones later. But I must admit I'm addicted. I LOVE IT!! So here are some of McKinley's new hair bows made by me! I also added pics so you can see what they look like in. Fun stuff!!
