Just Breath!
Jeremy and I have just taken a HUGE LEAP OF FAITH in our lives! We are doing something to help secure our financial future. Right now this seems very big and scary to us, especially me. I just need to remember what our end goal is and that really this is not hard at all.
I know without a doubt that this is what we need to do. I prayed a lot about it and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I got confirmation that this IS right!!! Heavenly Father has a plan for us.
Wish us luck in our new adventure!!!

Crafts
Kinley and I have been crafty the last week.
It all started with these cute pots.
For scouts we painted pots and planted flowers in them.
I let my kids join in on the fun!
I also decided to make some hair bows for my nieces.
Kinley already has a ton of these so I started giving them away.

We made these adorable flip-flops. I made a pair for Kinley and my niece, Lacie.
My other niece Alix bought a pair on the 4th of July for $5.
That is not a bad price but I made both pairs of these for that price!
Kinley loves hers and I heard Lacie does too!
Our last project was these cards.
For those of you that know me, I don't do cards.
I bought these at the dollar spot at Target. $1 for a pack of 4.
Then you get to put them together and decorate them any way you want.
We had a great time and now I have cards when I need them!
I have had a wonderful time with McKinley.
I love having a daughter to spend time and enjoy crafts with.
Kinley also learned to write her name this week.
She has practiced it a ton while I have been crafting.

Transition #2
Yesterday Ty started wearing pull-ups. I have put this off for too long.
I think Ty was ready a few months ago but I wasn't.
I decided to buck up and take advantage of his readiness.
He is going potty every 30-40 minutes for now.
So far.....no accidents!!
OOOPPSSS as I was typing this he had his first accident. Jinks.

In the next few days Ty will transition to his big boy unders.
He LOVES Buzz Lightyear so this is great!

This is his potty setup.
Stool for little boys to reach and candy for every successful attempt.
This is interesting because Ty is so easily amused.
Candy makes him happy and so far he is much easier than Kinley was.
With Kinley it took months and lots of different ideas til we found something that would work.
Maybe boys really are easier than girls.
The jury is still out but I will keep you posted on this one!

Transition #1
I, as the Mommy, went through some rough transitions this week.
This is the first transition of the week.
I don't have before pictures but these are the after ones.
I took down Kinley's twin bed and Ty's crib and replaced them with this queen bed.
I have to admit I cried as I took down the crib. No more babies for our house.
This was hard because my baby is turning into a big boy.
It was also hard cause all my life I have looked forward to having babies.
That part of my life is over so it's almost like a mourning process.
